Accessing Old Versions Photoshop Elements

I just upgraded my computer and OS to Windows 10 and can no longer access PSE 8 and original download no longer works.  Is there a new download link available?

Are File 1 and File 2 in the sane folder?

    Try https://prodesigntools.com/direct-download-links-for-lightroom-3-and-photoshop-elements-8.html

     

    You must download both File 1 and File 2. Then double click File 1. File 2 will be used by the installer. No double click required by you on File 2.

     

    Be sure to follow the Very Important Instructions (steps 0 to 5) on that page first BEFORE you click the download links. If you don't the download links will not work.

    PSE Version 8 was released in 2009.

    AFAIK there is no new download link for that 10+ year old version.

    Do you have the old computer it was installed on and if you do, have you looked through it to see if the original download you did of the install file for PSE 8 is still on it?
