Accessing Video editor from inside Photoshop Elements 2023

When I open Photoishop Elements there is a menu one of these buttons is Video Editor.

When I click that button it requests me to download latest version of Premiere.

Yet I have Premiere Elements on my PC.

 

How can I access it from with Photoshop elements y clicking pon Video editor button.

 

I have asked Adabe that question and I have run away screaming.

That is whgy I am here to ask you.

Do you have the same version of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, or did you purchase them at different times?  You cannot access an earlier version of Premiere Elements with Photoshop Elements 2023.  You would have to access each one separately.
