Accidentally deleted frame in Graphics

I have accidentally deleted a frame from the Graphics Panel in Photoshop Elements 13.  I have been using the frame in a photobook I am creating, and really need to find a way to get it back, or if it's possible to download it again. I have checked the Recycle Bin, but it's not in there. It's called the Tattered Frame, and has stitches across the top left corner and right hand bottom corner. I run a PC with Windows 10.  Please if someone can help, I would really appreciate it, as my project will not be able to be completed as I want it, if I can't get the frame back. Thanks in advance, Linda

    Hi,

I have sent you a file attached in mail. Please paste that file at location:

    C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\13.0\Photo Creations\frames

and re-launch the application. Then you will see the same frame in Graphics panel.

Does this solve your problem ? If not, Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Rupali
