Account Sign-In Problem

Hi,

When I try to access to PE15 forum from the Help menu, I get a blank page indicating ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECT if I use my Adobe Account ID.

To access the forum, I have to sign-in using my Google Account.

Does anyone have an idea why or indicate me what to do to access the forum using my Adobe ID?
