Activating PSE 14 on a new computer

It says that it can't activate because I already have 2 versions running. Not true as the hard drive on my old machine has been wiped.

You have to contact Adobe directly for reset of activation count. Log in to your account and initiate a chat session, or call them:

Reach us by phone (adobe.com)

When you reach the agent, make it clear that you do not need help with using the software, just with activation.

Problem solved by contacting Adobe.
