Activation issue PSE14

Due to a crash I had to reinstall windows 10 and all other software, including Elements14. The good news is that everything is up and running again. The bad news is I can't activate Elements14 as it has reached the max number of activations. How can I reset or deactivate the softeware that has been lost due to the crash?
