Activation limit reached – please reset Photoshop Elements 2021 activation count

Photoshop Elements 2021 perpetual license activation limit reached.

I purchased Photoshop Elements 2021 on Amazon (Order date: Jan 4, 2021).
My old PC was disposed of, so I cannot deactivate it anymore.

Now I get this error:
"This serial number is already being used by the maximum number of computers."

Support confirmed my license is active on 3 devices (maximum allowed).
I only want to use it on my current PC (or transfer the activations to my new PCs).

Please help with activation reset / clear activation count.
I can provide proof of purchase and serial number via private message.

You don't seem to realize that will never happen. It's not a matter of "adobe staff" responding.

Nobody can help you with resetting the activations. You should simply sign out of the program from one of the unwanted devices using the Help Menu. You should then be able to install the program on your new PC and activate it there. Normally, the program may only be activated on two computers, not three. Perhaps your purchase from Amazon allows for three activations. But I have never heard of that before.

Yes, I understand Elements is normally limited to 2 activations.

The issue is that I cannot sign out from the previously activated devices because those old PCs were disposed of and are no longer accessible.

I need help clearing the old activations so I can activate Photoshop Elements 2021 on my current PC (within the allowed limit).

Could an Adobe Staff member please assist?

I can provide the serial number and proof of purchase via private message.

Adobe changed their policy on reactivations June of 2024. They don't do it anymore.

I call this a "game over" comment: "I cannot sign out from the previously activated devices because those old PCs were disposed of and are no longer accessible."

It doesn't matter if you can provide proof any anything: You are done using that version.
