activation of premier elements 7

I have recently had a computer crash and had to reinstall premier elements 7. however I cannot activate the software even though I have entered the serial number.

How can I get the activation code to finally use the software again.

    Contact Adobe directly and start an on-line chat.

    As you have an older product make it clear you are not looking for support but need deactivation & re-activation.
