activation problem

After purchasing the product on amazon, installation ok (windows 11).

After installation, the serial number is asked when trying to enter the Photo Editor.

Inserting serial number I get an error message 'connect to your internet and try again'. I am connected... what  can I do?

Already spent time with the adobe support. not solved
