ADD LOCATION on PSE 2023

I would like to be able to see only the state and city when I tag a photo with Add Location. Is there an option to do this?

I don't think there is such an option. For various reasons, I don't use the Organizer's Places tags. Instead, I use keyword tags for locating my photos. Obviously, this allows me to show whatever I want for each location.
