add ons elements 15

Hi, I have just downloaded a plug in to my elements 15 but I have no idea where it went. sorry if this sounds stupid but I thought it would show up either in a little box or tell me to add it to somewhere. Can someone help me please?

It's called virtualPhotographer.

I'm not familiar with that plug-in but does anything show under the Filter menu near the bottom?
