Can you explain more about what you are trying to add

The cookie cutter can be used to add some shapes. In expert mode, select the Cookie Cutter tool and then a shape & colour.

Then click & hold on the top left point where you want to place the shape and drag it out to the bottom right point. If you click on the move tool, you should be able to rotate the shape if you want to
