In version 11 why is the Process multiple flies not highlighted when you click on File, and how can I activate this feature

Thanks, just tried it but still not working

Are you in Quick or Guided mode? If so, the command is not highlighted. It only becomes active from Expert mode.

Are you in Organizer? You need to be in the Editor.

Yes I am in editor, all the other editing functions work but that command is just highlighted so I can't click in it

Does it work if you have no images open in the photo bin?

You then select a source folder in the dialog that opens.
