adjusting pin placement more specifically

Am using Photoshop Elements 2019.  In some instances, I want to assign a photo to a known or geographically obvious location - easy to do. 

In others, I can search the software and allow it to make an approximation and it assigns a pin location nearby, but not exact or not in a location widely known. 

How do I move a nearly correct pin into more precise location for my photos?
