Adjusting RGB colors in Elements 2019

I'm having trouble finding the tool that lets me tweak RGB colors in Elements 2019. When I had Elements 8, it was in Enhance -> adjust color. But it's not there in Elements 2019. Can someone help me find it? Thanks.

    Perhaps your talking about Enhance>Adjust Color>Color Variations, which has been deprecated in newer photoshop elements versions.

     

    in pse 2019 look at Quick Edit>Adjustments for some similar adjustments.
