Adjustments tool bar locked in Quick option

New user, pse 2023, Win 10; installed w/o problem

worked Ok w/QUICK option; when tried again get displays per attached.

have tried:

- changing display aspect

- resetting High DPI settings

 

per postings here w/o success

 

assistance will be appreciated

I did contact them i.e. Adobe.

Had control-of-my computer w/Mohd

He identified my graphics card -Intel 620 as the problem; disabled th card and pse works fine.

Just have to remember to:

1. disable graphic card before starting pse

2. enable when done so other applications will run

this is the first time that a software vendor has:

1. directly personally responded to a quiry in a timely manner

2. Solved the problem.

    Over the past few days we have seen a lot of complaints about black screens showing up.  I suspect that it has something to do with a Windows update, but I'm just guessing here.  I am going to contact Adobe to see if I can get any further information about it.
