Adobe 2020 Panel Not Showing

Hello...

I have a MacBook Pro. The panel for adjustments, effects, textures and frames is not working in Quick Edit. Any Suggestions?

What do you mean it is not working?  If the options are greyed out/inactive, do you have an image open?  You have to have an image open to edit in order for the panel tools to be available.

Yes I have a picture open and am on the Quick Tab
