I recently cleanded  my Imac(Ventura) and as result receieved a Confrigeration error, Error 11 when I attempted to usse my 2020 Photoshop Elements Organizer.  I am not able to gain access to the Organizer.   I have attempted to get help from Addobe's Technical Support page with no effective luck.  Ihave spoken with their help person but could not understand what he was telling me(spoke rapdly with a heavy accent). So I am still not able to overcome Error 11.  I have some work that I need to finish that was not backed up.  Need help.

Photoshop Elements 2020 should work okay on macOS Ventura 13, but it just sounds like during the cleaning some critical components of PSE 2020 got deleted.

The easiest thing to start with is a reinstall of PSE 2020 from the download on your Adobe account like ExUSA and Greg_S

suggested.

You can find a download link to the program from the Products page of your Adobe account.  However, I am not sure whether Elements 2020 will run on your OS.  I will ping @Jeff Arola, another Community Expert who should be able to help you better than I can.

I know nothing about Macs, but here is an AI response to the error on a Mac:

Adobe Error 11 on Mac usually means a problem with the Adobe Genuine Service (AGS) failing to update or delete old files, often fixed by manually removing the AdobeGCClient folder from /Library/Application Support/Adobe/ and restarting, or by running the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Other causes could be corrupted installers, permission issues, or conflicts with other Adobe processes, requiring deeper cleaning of Adobe folders in Application Support or trying alternative installer methods.

Thank you your advice. I will investigate your recommendations.

Cleaned? As in run a cleaner app? These are generally bad news, as they often delete needed files. You may have to reinstall Elements to restore the files that are now gone.

Thanks for the advice, but Adobe does not have a reinstall for the 2020 version
of Elements available on its website,

You'll have to download the installer, just like you are starting from scratch.
