Adobe 2023 Elements Presentations Preview Does not work

We just loaded and ran Adobe Photoshop 2023 Elements Organizer Presentations. Windows 11 and 10.

When we attempt to Preview the presentation the screen is black. If we pause the preview we will see the picture that is at that point in the presentation. When we resume the presentation the screen is black again. 

There is no GPU to disable on the machine and the video drivers are up to date. We can export the video and it is lovely but since we cannot preview we have no idea what to edit.
