Adobe 7.0 Gif

"Save for Web" option not working...

I currently use Adobe PSD 7.0 because I know it well, and the updated version would have required a great deal of time to relearn. Things I know how to do using tools and menu were all changed around... bottom line... my problem is that I bought a new computer and installed 7.0. I am now unable to use the "Save for Web" option. It use to open into an editor where I could animate and save as a gif.... but now nothing happens when I click "save for web".

Does anyone know why I am having this problem and or if there is a way to correct it? I have no interest in using a newer version of Adobe. It took me years to learn how to use 7.0.  I can always use my old computer.. but its a small laptop... I was excited to get my new big screen desktop only to find that I can now no longer use the "Save for web" option.
