Adobe and HP Pavilion Intel Core i7

After 72 hours I have come to find out from Adobe, Apple and independent action compines, that the new iMac OS Sierra is not compatable with PS 2017 and below and is also unable to support PSE 18 AND add in addtional actions to that program that I need to run my photography buisness. Therefore I am retuening my iMac today and purcahsing a new 2017 HP i7. My questions before doing so is there ANY issues with PSE 9-15 NOT being supported on this computer listed below?

    I know it will run on Windows 7, but don't know if it will run on Windows 10.

    Some people have been able to use in on Windows 10 and others have not been able to do so.

    Which operating system is it?
