Adobe DNG converter incompatible with latest update of Windows 10

I have PSE 8 which cannot open RAW files. It was suggested to me to install Adobe DNG converter 9.10.1 which I did with good results last May. Now, the program starts but doesn´t recognize RAW, CR2 - or any other files for that matter - and therefore it cannot open them. Is a new version of the software to be released anytime soon? - There was a large update of Windows 10 installed ca. 10 days ago or so, which I blame for this calamity.

Correct answer Jeff Arola

A common mistake when using the dng converter is to try to select the actual raw files when setting the Source.

One needs to just select the Source folder and not the files inside.
