Adobe Element2018の"整理"が起動しない

私はWin10でElement2018を使用しています。
Windows Ver.1083にアップデートしたら、「整理」がSync_util.dllのエラーで起動できません。
また、「写真の編集」でも「このパターンは不良か、破損しています」というエラーがでます。ただし、「写真の編集」は一応起動します。

Element15から2018にアップデートしたばかりで、これでは返品を検討しなければなりません。
早急な対応をお願いします。

I am using Element 2018 in Win 10.
After updating to Windows Ver. 1083, "Organize" can not be started with an error of Sync_util.dll.
Also, in "Editing photos" you will get an error saying "This pattern is defective or damaged." However, "Photo editing" will start for a while.

I just updated from Element 15 to 2018, which I have to consider returning.
Please deal with urgent measures.
