Hi, I purchased Adobe Elements in 2022. My computer will not accommodate windows 11 so I will need to purchase a new computer. Will I be able to transfer my old adobe elements over to my new laptop or will I have to repurchase? Thanks

Just to expand upon what Glenn 8675309 said:

From the Editor menu, Help > Sign out before you uninstall.

This will deactivate it from the old computer.

Yes it can transfer over. Open the editor on the old computer. Log out of it, then uninstall it BEFORE you get a new computer.

You don't need to get a new computer because of the windows 10 end of support coming in October. You will be able to pay for extended support. It's what I plan on doing.

Thanks so much Glen that was a super quick response!

Just a question as I am not tech savvy I will have to get someone to do this for me, if I uninstall my editor on my old computer how do I reinstall it on the new computer?

Also thats great news to pay for extended support for windows 10 I dont particularly want to purchase a new computer just because of windows 10.
