Adobe Elements 12

Hi,I have used Element 12 ,installed with dvd several years ago in my pc using windows 7.It has worked ok ,but now from some weeks ago it does not work.When open it it says no connected with internet or not connected with server.The testversion with elements 12 worked perfeckt with the same pc with w7.

Have tried everything .connected several times service.But dont get any answer what is the problem.

Since Windows 7 is at its EndofLife, the problem may be with the lack of security and Adobe's need to maintain security for its sign-in and activation processes. You can look at this article for internet connections issues. You may also give whatever you were doing another try because Adobe has recently fixed some issues regarding activation.

1. Is it possible that someone deactivated the program via the Help menu?

2. Both PSEv.12 & WIN 7 are no longer supported by their creators

3. Download Adobe Creative Clout (free) and see if the software will work. You don't have to buy any of the listed programs.

4. If all fails, try uninstalling the software and reinstallikng from your disk.

Hi,I have allready Creative Cloud and owner to LR and PS paying every month for those too.elements in dvd purshased .Several years ago.working ok antil now.
