Adobe elements 15 32bit

Hi, the elements 15 is not available with 32bit Windows 10. Therfore I have to change the entire System to 64bit Windows 10. This is horrible and very borring 🙂 How can I use my new elements 15 ID-Number to use it with elements 14?

OR what other options do I have? Best regards Eduard

      Your only option is to return version 15 or to upgrade to a 64 bit operating system:

      Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order

      Your version 15 serial number will not work on version 14.

      You may still be able to purchase version 14 from an authorized Adobe online reseller or retail store.
