adobe elements 2018 organizer

How can I install adobe elements organizer 2018 so it recognizes an external storage device as its default device? For example: instead of getting photos from HDD "C" it gets them from my 3 TB HDD "G".   I would like to use Organizer to Organizer my photos without duplicating them on my HDD "C". Is this possible?

The organizer has always been able to work with external drives.

You can set the default location to save your imported files and separately your scanned files.

You set the drive and folder in the menu Edit >> Preferences, Files and scanner.

You can also set those preferences in the downloader for import from camera or card reader and also from scanner.
