Adobe Elements 2020 add Microsoft store

In 2020 I bought Adobe Elements 2020 in the Microsoft store. It was installed onmy laptop but I only received the bill buit no serialnumber. This week I bought a new laptop and wanted to install Elements 2020 again but I can not find it the Microsoft store. I was looking at the Adobe webside but can not find it to download it they ask for a serial number.

Can someone help please.
