Adobe Elements 2022 is creating double pics on my Windows PC....

My Canon 90D settings is to shoot raw only. When I downloaded my pics, Adobe Elements 2022, created double raw pics. So I tried Adobe Elements 2021, did the samething.  What is wrong here?

Are you using two memory cards set for one to back up the other?  If not, there may be an issue with the folder structure on your memory card.  Sometimes a duplicate copy can be found.

 

I have only seen this problem when importing files from an iPhone, but I seem to recollect a user having the problem on a regular camera.  Look at my post here and see whether the APD displays a browse folder button next to the Get Photos From source.  If it does, click on it and see if you have a duplicate folder structure for your memory card's DCIM folder.  If so, uncheck one of the boxes.

Greg, I have one memory card in my 90D. I'm using a usb cable from my camera to my pc.
