Adobe Elements 21 Batch Renaming Fail

I imported folders of photo's into my catalog. I've been renaming the contents of each of the folders, and everything was working okay. But, now I've been getting an error "The file rename operation could not be completed for 010.jpg".   This happens to some but not all of the files in the folders. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
