Adobe Elements 9: Upload to Cloud & Working with Notes (Edited for brevity)

I want to upload photos stored in my Adobe Elements 9 software on my desktop to the cloud. Is there a cloud storage program that will give me access to the notes that I have painsteakingly added to each photo and also be able to search for words in the notes field?
