Adobe Elements and Premiere Elements download

Ordered this software via DELL. At the website, only Adobe Premiere Elements were downloaded
(Help form Dell tech support). The incorrect software was downloaded? How do I fix this?
Also, Premiere Elements Icon does not show a complete Adobe Elements Screen for editing?
I might have to delete the above and move onto another software? If I can not get help on the above?

Premiere Elements is the video editor.

Photoshop Elements is the image editor.

Which did you purchase?

What does the receipt say?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

Does your computer meet the minimum specs for each app?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

I was not able to download the software via Dell’s website information. Tech Care Services offered to refund the amount of money I had paid for the software..

Further, I had lost my older version of Photoshop software on my older computer (I now have a new Dell with Windows 11). And decided to see if I can “live with” using Adobe Elements as a basic replacement. I understand I have a free 7 day trial period prior to purchasing (via Adobe website).. to see if I like it!
