Adobe Elements Organizer - Groups of persons available in every catalog

I use Adobe ELEMENTS Organizer to tag my 150,000 images. It is important for me to name the persons by using face recognition. My first attempt failed, to manage all pictures in a catalog. So I created several catalogs.
I was surprised that the naming of the persons does not work across catalogs.

That means, if I identify myself in the catalog "Friends", I have to identify myself in the catalog "Colleagues" EXTRA as well.

Is there a trick/setting how the personal data can be used across catalogs?
