Adobe Licensing Repair Tool

To fix the 150:30 Error and get Elements 8 Editor working again, downloaded the repair tool. When trying to open, get message that cannot find python25.dll even though it is in the same folder as the exe file. Downloaded three times without luck.

    Thank you. Solution 2 worked. But when I go to your link to select ‘Correct’, I see your reply but there is nowhere on the page to make the selection.
