adobe organizer 14 crashes constantly

I can't seem to keep the organizer from shutting down and I don't understand the crash report.  It was stable for awhile, but I can't remember what I did.  I've been trying to get the thumbnails to show by renaming the cache, but the program won't stay open for more than a few minutes.
