Adobe Organizer - TAGS - exporting to a text or XML file

I would like to be able to export all the TAGS in Adobe Organizer to a file. 

A CSV file would be good, but an XML file is fine too.  (This facility was available in Adobe Organizer v10.)

I need this feature to help manage the keyword thesaurus I use for my image catalogue.

In Organiser 2023 an export to an XML file can be done for Keywords Tags but not for People, Places and Events Tags.
