I am having trouble having adobe photo shop 12 and 15 recognizing my multifunction printer scanner. What must I do to get the program to recognize the printer/scanner.

Please install the TWAIN plugin and see if the issue gets resolved: TWAIN is not installed with Photoshop Elements 11
