Adobe Photoshop 2018 Elements Not Installing from Disc

Hello,

Any help on this is much appreciated as I've just spent the dough on this program and I can't even get the auto run feature to boot up. I am running Windows 10 on my PC and have the disc version of 2018 Elements; however, when I put the disc in my disc drive, it runs for a minute, then craps out, then nothing happens. No auto run screen or anything. I have tried tinkering around in the program file manually, but nothing has worked. I can't install this program. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
