Bonjour, J'ai acheté Adobe Photoshop élément 2021 ainsi que Adobe première élément 2021, il y a quelques années. Récemment j'ai du changer le disque dur de mon PC. Mon système d'exploitation est Windows 11. Je ne peux pas ré installer mes produits Adobe. Comment puis-je faire ? Merci de votre aide

Hi, Problem solved. An earlier version of Photoshop was created using a "Googlemail" address, while the most recent version was created using a "Gmail" address. Therefore, I couldn't download the correct version. But now it's fixed. Thank you for looking into my problem.

What exactly is the problem? Are you getting any error messages? If so, please post a screenshot.
