Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 crashes after start

Dear Ladies and Gentleman,in our company we use 4 single licenses of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 on four different computers (all Windows 7 Professional 64 bit) with this configuration it worked for years... Now we have the problem on all four computers that Photoshop chrashes just after starting it, for example when we try to open a file. I already tried a hole reinstall with the newest installer i downloaded from adobe.com. We still have the problem on all four computers... Are there any problems with windows patches or anything else known in connection with Photoshop Elements 10?Thank you!VR Bank eG. Niebüll

Try re-setting the saved prefs.Quit Elements then try launching the Editor whilst simultaneously holding down the three keys Ctrl+Alt+ShiftAfter two or three seconds release the keys and you should see a pop-up to delete the prefs. Click “Yes” to delete the settings.
