i have adobe elements 15 and lately it won't allow me to save anything, moreover when i am working it will just shut off. I notice this happening when i updated windows 10. I have gone through a lot of cleaning process and restarted the computer several times but elements is still not allowing me to save. i go error message that says cannot save because there is not enough memory or ram. i need help.
