Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 Error Occurred while saving Project

Transferred by Photoshop Elements 12 from Windows 7 to Windows 12 using export and import.  When I try to create a new slideshow and try to save it, I get a message that says : "An error occured while saving the project". Please advise.
