Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 has run perfectly since 2014 through WinXP-8-10. Win11 . . .

. . . KILLED IT! I paid for this software in 2014 - it worked fine until this reinstall attempt from my unupgradeable Win10 computer (yes, I uninstalled it). I don't use it often enough to subscribe. I keep getting the round and round, sign in, okay you can continue, back to sign in, and on and on and on. I've read all of the posts I can find, but no one seems to know how to get around the Adobe sign-in. Adobe does NOT have my Adobe PSE7, 9, or 13 listed.  Adobe has been a pain since I started using it because of their attitude to their 'earlier' products - if it works, why should I have to replace it because they 'say' they have no access to verify license. I can't even get to the point where I would enter the Serial#. If anyone has any new information, it would be appreciated as I see folks who are funning PSE7 on their Win11. PSE13 ought to then as well. HELP!!!
