I used Adobe Photoshop Elements 13. When I cropped a photo and clicked the green check icon, the system suddenly stopped working and closed out the program. Please let me know how to fix the problem.

Hi Anwesha, it still did not work. Is it possible because I updated Java ? Is it something to do with it or not ? If not, how to fix it ? This is really upsetting.

Try updating your video driver directly from the video card manufacturer's site.

It is not a video problem. I could crop a photo in the other program. Only Photoshop Element 13 is not working.

    Try clearing preferences once.

To do so, keep Ctrl+Alt+Shift keys pressed while launching Editor. A dialog will pop up asking to delete settings file? Say yes.

Let us know if issue still persists.

    Thanks,
