Adobe Photoshop Elements 14

Hi,

I've got a problem when starting the photoshop. The programm does not start anymore and the following error is indicated: The application cannot be started correctly (0x0150004). My PC uses Windows 10 Pro.

Does anybody know what to do or how to proceed?
