Adobe Photoshop Elements 14- Activating/Launching Trouble

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 14, in May 2016, I am not able to access/launch the program now. It asks to be validated, then advises to connect to the internet which I am.
I have my serial number but not able to use the program.

Hoping someone can help me with this issue.

Thank you my issue has been resolved. Sorry for the delay time difference doesn't help I only use the program when at work.

are you still facing the issue ? if yes , please let us know exact error you are getting on launch .

please check your system date is correct and you are connected to internet.
