Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 - serial number revoked

I bough a new Macbook and wanted to install my Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 on it. However the installer says that my serial number has been revoked. I also tried to sign out on my old computer - no change. Support via chat was not able to help....What else can I do?

The software worked fine on my old machine until yesterday. If I did not sign out - would probably continue working...

I would be grateful for help.

    Tadziak2 I am sorry that you are facing errors when installing Photoshop Elements 14.  Are you utilizing the serial number registered under your account at http://www.adobe.com/?  Information on how to locate your registered serial number can be found at Find your serial number​.

    If so then I can confirm that the serial number for Photoshop Elements 14, you discussed, in case 0189126607 is not valid.  The serial number was designed for testing of the release version of Photoshop Elements 14 and was not designed to be sold.  To find more details regarding the options available to you see Invalid or revoked serial numbers​.
