Adobe Photoshop Elements 15

Question

I take pictures on my mobile phone of electrical and data jobs and I want to know if I can bring picture up on screen

and then write in a corner the date and time and also job details of picture I took.

I would like to know if this Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 will let me do that.

It's very easy. The Editor has a type tool, which allows one to select the font, pt.size, and .color. The information which you will type will come in on a separate layer, allowing you to position the text where you want it.Suggest that you download/install the free 30-day trial of PSEv.15.
