adobe photoshop elements 15 & adobe premiere elements 15 licence

Dear sirs,

few years ago I purchased the licence of the softwares mentioned in the subject.

Both softwares are insatalled only in one pc. I tried to install it on a new computer but a message told I used the licence in all the pc possible (the licence mention 5 different pc suitable for this licence).

Could you please help me to solve the problem?

I didn't find any phone number in order to speak with an operator

You have to  contact Adobe support and ask them to deactivate your license. Or, if your old computer is still available, you can sign out of it from the Help menu.
