Dear community,

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 tells me:

The area contains not enough complete selected pixel. The edge will not be seen.

Thefore, i cannot cut out parts of a picture and save it with different name.

Please tell me, what I can do.

Use one of the selection tools, e.g. selection brush or lasso tool, to select the object on the picture. Then go to Edit>copy to place it on the clipboard.

Open the file on which you wish to place the object, then Edit>paste

Activate the move tool and position the object.

Make sure whatever selection tool your using does not have any Feather set in the tool options. Feather should be set to zero (0) px before using  a selection tool.
